“Selling cars is our business, but helping out disabled veterans is our duty,” said General Manager of Renn Kirby Mitsubishi, Michael Hadid.

It’s a way for local car dealership, Renn Kirby Mitsubishi to give back and make life easier for those who fought so hard for our country.

“We have claimed the month of August as veteran’s appreciation month. Renn Kirby Mitsubishi will donate one hundred dollars per sold vehicle throughout the month of August to Hero Homes,” said Hadid.

Hero Homes is a non- profit organization that provides deserving, and disabled veterans the pride of home ownership. The organization helps to build them a solid foundation for their future, and they offer several services like veteran purchased homes and fully donated homes.

Renn Kirby Mitsubishi is not just donating one hundred dollars made from every pre- sold car sale, they will also be raffling off a brand new car.

“You can participate by donating ten dollars to Hero Homes. That will earn you a ticket – which will be pulled out of a hat and the car will be given away to the winner of the vehicle…and all the revenue for the tickets from the vehicle will be going directly to Hero Homes,’ added Hadid.

Managers at Renn Kirby Mitsubishi say that although they’re halfway through August; they’ve raised about four thousand dollars so far, and they say that they will be giving away that new car on August 20.
