Montgomery County Police arrested a suspect Thursday for a Silver Spring homicide that happened on May 8, 2019.
Oscar Danilo Manzano-Mora, 23, has been charged with first degree murder.
Police say Manzano-Mora stabbed the victim, Edras Armando Munoz, in a shopping center parking lot on 8528 Piney Branch Road in Silver Spring just before 11 p.m.
Munoz was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
