A Montgomery County man was indicted Thursday for a plot to run over a crowd of people at National Harbor.

Prosecutors say 28-year-old Rondell Henry, a naturalized citizen born in Trinidad & Tobago, was inspired by ISIS to commit a terror attack and planned to run people over at either National Harbor or Dulles International Airport.

Prince George’s County police officers arrested Henry after surveillance footage showed him and the stolen truck at National Harbor. Henry is facing a maximum of 10 years if convicted.
