A construction worker in Montgomery County has been arrested for allegedly raping a teenage girl in the Wheaton area multiple times.
Montgomery County police charged Francisco Mendoza, 31, with second-degree rape and sex abuse of a minor.
Police officials say Mendoza had been working on a home re-model and attacked the 17-year-old girl living inside while her parents were out.
Mendoza allegedly carried out multiple violent attacks, which led to the girl becoming pregnant.
Police added that Mendoza is also accused of molesting a 7-year-old girl in a separate incident while on a baby sitting job.
