A drug trafficking organization in
27 people were arrested within the last week by members of the Frederick Police and other local law enforcement agencies.
The investigation began in February 2019 after the department received tips and information on potential drug dealers in the area.
“Our detectives are pretty relentless,” said Lt. Kirk Henneberry, Frederick Police Department. “Anytime tip, no matter how small it is, they are always trying to run with it as far as they can go.

Investigators recovered: over 90 grams of fentanyl, methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, crack cocaine, THC wax, suboxone strips, percocet pills, and over $83,000 in cash.
The 90 grams of fentanyl could lead to 45,000 potential lethal doses.
Henneberry said out of the 27 people arrested at least three of them were main dealers for the organization.
“When we start putting the pieces together, some people talk…let us know what is going on. We see cell phones in a lot of overdoses and get information that way,” said Henneberry.
Authorities said the investigation is ongoing and in the upcoming weeks, additional individuals and charges may be brought forward.
The names below were arrested and charged: Amit Anthony Singh, Rebecca Jean Cassidy, Lamar Drayton Alante Reddick Jr., Samir Hossain, Derek Michael Campbell, Rommel Johnson Jr., Kevin Anthony Carr, William Richard Notnagle, Darren Edward Summers, Dakota Lee Harris, Richard Bryan Gilliland, III, Kelly Rene Beall, Jessica Lynn Jacobs, Michelle Denise Johnson, Seth William Chilson, Marquarius De`Anthony Brown, Cody Marie Watkins, Andrew James Bailey, Lee Roy Sullivan II, Shaun Alan Harrison, Angie Sue Sullivan, Eric David Speak, Cody Dru Cashwell, Ashlee Helen Harrison, Timothy Jacob Wolf, Mark Anthony Graham, and Cassandra Elaine.
In addition to the Frederick Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit, members of the Frederick HIDTA group: Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, Maryland State Police, Brunswick Police Department, and Homeland Security Investigations assisted in this investigation.
