Hagerstown City Police ask public for help to locate shots fired suspect

Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a man who they said fired shots in Hagerstown.
 
Hagerstown City Police are looking for 24-year old Ashton Lee Frisby.
 
Police said on July 29, they responded to a report of gunshots in the 400-block of Mitchell Avenue. 
 
They said Frisby was identified as the suspect in the shooting.
 
No one was harmed in the incident.
 
Police said Frisby has an active warrant outstanding with three counts of attempted second-degree murder and related handgun charges.
