HAGERSTOWN, Md. (WDVM) — A historical figure made a special appearance at the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts.
The historical life of Frederick Douglass was portrayed by Nathan Richardson who has been interpreting Douglass for about six years. the event, hosted by the African American Historical Association of Western Maryland, was free to the public.
