WASHINGTON (WDVM) — The Congressional Black Caucus marked the 400th anniversary of the delivery of enslaved Africans on North American shores.

Hampton, Virginia is ironically known as “Old Point Comfort” in those days. But, it was a long way from comfortable for unwilling travelers.
