Our Braggin’ Rights winners is Thomas Manger, the Chief of the Montgomery County Police Department.
Yesterday, he received the Keeper of the American Dream Award by the National Immigration Forum.
NIF recognizes “heroes who embody the spirit of immigrant achievement, the American Dream and contribute to the well-being of immigrants in America.”
Chief Manger has influenced well-thought out positions that balance law enforcement’s duty to uphold the rights of all, maintaining the community’s trust and keeping everyone in the community safe.
