Baltimore man pleads guilty on drug charges in Cumberland

CUMBERLAND, Md. (WDVM) — A Baltimore man pleaded guilty to distributing heroin to a police officer in Cumberland, Maryland.

According to the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, Darrell Savoy was sentenced to 20 years of incarceration in the Maryland Department of Corrections, with five years suspended followed by two years of supervised probation upon release.
