A high school guidance counselor is behind bars after two women have come forward saying he committed sexual acts on them without their permission.
According to the Montgomery County Police Department, Colin Black has been charged with two counts of second-degree sexual offense and one count of second-degree assault.
Two women told police they met Black on the dating app Tinder on separate occasions and then engaged in consensual sex, but he allegedly committed sexual acts without their consent.
The incidents happened in March and October of this year.
Police said the victims do not know each other.
Police said Black is a guidance counselor at Albert Einstein High School in Kensington.
