25-year-old man arrested for alleged inappropriate sexual contact with a minor

Officers with the Cumberland Police Department said they have arrested a 25-year-old man for inappropriately touching a 15-year-old girl.

Police said Ryan Brooks turned himself in on Wednesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Officers said their investigation revealed that he had inappropriate sexual contact with the minor and had nude pictures of her.

Brooks was charged with third-degree sex offense, perverted practice, and possession of child pornography.
