MARTINSBURG, W. Va. (WDVM) — Emergency Operation Centers (EOC) in Berkeley County, West Virginia are working to try and stop; or contain the COVID-19 strain.

EOC’s have been used before in Berkeley County, but only under severe weather.

The nature of the virus makes it challenging for EOC’s, as they have to adjust to the changing landscape.
