Shots fired in Cumberland on March 7

Officials arrested 19-year-old in connection to incident

CUMBERLAND, Md. - A man was arrested in Cumberland following a shooting that occurred on March 7.

Cumberland Police say Michael Caesar Junior, 19, faces six charges that include attempted murder, assault and firearm related charges.

Police say Caesar Junior allegedly shot 8 rounds at two victims on Arch Street and Third Street.  No one was reported injured.

The male suspect is being held without a bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
