Two people die after car veers off I-70, collides with tree

The driver, Wilder De La Rosa Zepeda, was transported to Baltimore Shock Trauma

NEW MARKET, Md. - Two people are dead, after a car collided with a tree on Interstate-70 eastbound early Sunday morning.
 
Maryland State Police said just after 6:45 a.m., troopers responded to a serious collision at the 66 mile marker in New Market.
 
Police said the driver of a Ford traveling eastbound lost control of the car, went off the side of road and hit a tree.
 
The driver, Wilder De La Rosa Zepeda, was transported to Baltimore Shock Trauma.
 
The front-seat passenger, Nelson De Paz Tista, was transported to Frederick Memorial Hospital.
 
One of the two backseat passengers was pronounced dead on the scene, and the other was pronounced dead at Howard County General Hospital.
 
Those passengers are now being identified as 19-year old Felix Miranda Sanchez and 26-year old Antonio Lopez Chilel.
